1. Acceptance of Terms

Each user may hold only one active account on plushy. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any related balances. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, contact support immediately.
Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents as requested. Failure to complete verification may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using plushy, you agree to the following obligations:

All transactions on plushy are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful processing through the available payment methods. Transaction processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment provider.
You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. plushy reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any transaction it deems suspicious or inconsistent with these Terms.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. plushy does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time, though reasonable efforts are made to process requests promptly. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.
plushy is not responsible for fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
plushy provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, plushy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its content.
In no event shall plushy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical errors, system downtime, or unauthorized account access not caused by our negligence.
All content on the plushy platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, game content, text, and software — is the intellectual property of plushy or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorization.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law
plushy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where a user is found to have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support through their account dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any eligible remaining balance will be returned subject to identity verification and applicable processing times.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the plushy platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
